Wait and see. As far as we know it's still on, as they're usually every two weeks. I haven't seen anything about program-specific draws. I would assume they're all-program draws moving forward unless they sprinkle in FST or PNP separately every so often. The days of CEC only are probably gone in my opinion.

I think IRCC was really reluctant to resume EE. They said "near term" in Feb, then "this Spring", but it is July actually which is already summer.
In IRCC's dictionary, "near term" is 5 months.
They didn't want to resume it but had to.
But, "hey, I said I would resume it, but I didn't say anything about the draw size, right? You cannot say I broke my promise."
Hence the 1500 draw.
The 10 months suspension of EE didn't really solve anything. I guess they wish they can stop everything including visa, sp and wp for years.

Although the backlog is still increasing, the number of cases for EE (especially FSW/CEC) has been consistenly decreasing, and decreasing fast.
Obviously there is no way to tell if they are going to increase the draw size tomorrow or in the upcoming draws, but speaking selfishly, I hope your prediction is wrong again lol.
The EE remaining applications went down quite significantly actually. It seems to be mainly the TRVs that are still heavily piled up. That being said, the draw today will be interesting.
They don't always happen in the morning. It's not even noon here yet. Might happen in the afternoon.
Work permit extension applications for inland applicants taking ~6months that explains the backlog. Moreover, there's no "premium processing" for additional fee unlike US work permits.
Yeah looks like it is delayed today (well hopefully delayed and not cancelled). Usually it is before 4PM UTC, already 6PM UTC.

you know what guys, they might be saving those 75k places for their targeted draws in 2023
so it could be no/few/very small draws till the end of the year for the rest of us
doing 1 draw per month, which basically clears out PNPs anyway (and like 10 FSWs)
