I was visible but my USB-C docking station device was connected to an external desktop which was turned off but I had the citizenship test on my laptop opened. During the test there was a prompt on my first question then I removed it my USB-C docking station and completed the test with results 17 out of 20.

In today's email they mentioned - I cant proceed with additional attempts. Please see below :
As we have invalidated your attempt in our portal, you will no longer have access to the online test for your additional test attempts. IRCC will provide you with a new test invitation that will explain next steps for completing your remaining attempts at the citizenship test.

Not sure how much time it will take for next steps.

I had a couple of May applicant have similar issues and they reattempted the test using the same link a day or 2 later. (The link remains the same for everyone anyways as the link is generic). They just completed the oath last month.

I've updated the spreadsheet with your location as Calgary, it was earlier Vancouver based on your earlier message 2 weeks back.

I'm a September applicant, almost a month after AOR. While there are other threads about tracker problems, I'd rather hear from folks who have gone through the process.

What error message are you getting? So that I can suggest some options accordingly.

Hi Everyone,
Good morning,
Me and my wife take citizenship test on October 2nd, we received Pass email (Unconfirmed) from IRCC at the end of the test, but the test result is still NOT COMPLETE on the tracker,
Also the Background for all my family members( My wife and two sons) is complete except for ME and it is still showing in Progress. I am thinking maybe because we are a group of 6 family members ( 2 Kids and 4 Adults) and my two sons not take their tests and still preparing for the test.
Is there any other reason for it that our test results are still not Complete and how much time it will take for Background check?
Please help me with your expert opinion,

Some officers and offices are slow in updating test results. It takes from 2-10 business days on an average so it will be updated sometime this week.
