Tried so many times creating a tracker account but it's just not letting me register. Tried calling IRCC to get the updates from them but every time after it just hangs up on its own. Their automated phone message just says, "We are reviewing if you meet the eligibility requirements" and for Background it says "We are processing your background check. It doesn't say anything for biometrics or medical even though both of them have been cleared/passed and updated. We will contact you if we need more information".

I am not sure exactly where, but I saw in a different thread where it's mentioned that eligibility is done before your IP2 starts. Can I assume I am already in IP2 based on the automated message? If so, is there a high chance that my eligibility have already been passed? Can anyone shed some light into this? Thanks a ton in advance!

Stop trusting IP1, IP2, etc - they are meaningless. Your background check and eligibility is in progress. Nothing to worry about!

Mine is exactly the same. You wrote (went blank and updated on August 2?) Medical updated what date? For me, IRCC rep said eligibility not started, criminality passed, info sharing in progress and security not started.

Mine is exactly the same with same HOs except BIL on August 20, BIOMETRICS done on August 23, medical passed on August 23 then blank and then finally updated as passed on August 28. For context, ITA was July 17th , AOR was July 24th.

But I reckon, yours is healthcare stream, hence its fast for you.
