I (canadian citizen) applied for my wife who is in India, on july 9, but there has been no progress. Eligibility review has not even started.

July 25th application, Eligibility review started Aug 8 I guess, but no update till now. I do'nt think it even matters with the way cases are in backlog.

I do'nt think even God knows the answer to that question. . But as you have already stayed in Canada, I think your's should process earlier than others. I guess you do qualify for Can+

No email no notifications
Eligibility Review: 21nd July

Got email today from cic
PPR: 5th Aug

Send passport today to ottawa via CP Xpress
