guys, its been months but sponsorship approval is nowhere to be found. it looks like the pic below. should i call them to ask about the status of our application?

but most of the applications on the tracker, sponsorship approval is approved in the early stages.

this is worrisome.

Sponsorship approval comes in the form of an email from IRCC, and you can view it on ecas under sponsorship approval. You will not see it where you took that screenshot, gckey only shows the PA's side of the process and nothing about the sponsor.

But I've never got any sponsorship approval email and under ecas, i only see one line and it says "in process". Thats it

Im getting frustrated, even august applications are ahead now

  • How long has the sponsor been living in Canada?
  • Does the sponsor meet residency obligation? and have they stayed in Canada during the entire sponsorship period?
  • Did the sponsor send a letter from the employer and a CRA NOA? Would you say the NOA shows a strong financial history?
  • Was the sponsor missing any required documents from the checklist? if yes, what did they do about those missing documents?

1. since 2013 (got PR in 2019)
2. yes, yes.
3. yes, even sent CRA NOA for previous 3 years (coz last year my income was less due to layoff, but this year everything is fine)
4. no, if there was something missing, they should've returned the application. but i did send additional documents 1 month ago (webform) to further support our application.

i dont know whats missing. there is no update at all.

if there is some concern, they should've atleast send an email so we can clarify (if there is anything to be clarified).

Sometimes they miss to send the SA email. Atleast that was my case. Best thing is to call ircc and ask
