No idea tbh, but maybe. I never received the invite email and the ircc agent confirmed that i can take the test within the test window without an email invitation

Did you receive the email on the start date or before the period they specified? Im yet to receive my email for the test although the tracker says email sent/await for it. My date range is from 18th march to april 7th.

Try calling early morning around 8.30. I called at 11 and they did answer. Never took more than an hour. Even if it took more time, most of the time i keep the phone away till the waiting rings are done
