Sorry, I’m not aware of those terms. What does PA and vo mean?

PA is principle.applicant. vo Visa office. Your file likely still needs to be forwarded and then PA processed for eligibility and background. Where is the PA from, which country?

Oh that makes sense! PA is from Japan.
We’re both currently living in Japan.

Today my husband got SA letter through email. It says that our file will be forwarded to a visa office. But forgot to mention which VO. I guess we'll get a separate letter where they'll mention the VO name. Is anyone in the same boat?

Yes I received a similar letter today but no VO is mentioned.
