I've added you to the spreadsheet.

File still in Sydney is weird (that too after a passed BG check). Have you ordered GCMS notes to see what's going on? Sometimes, webform / call center responses are not accurate. I'd suggest you order GCMS notes and check the "File Transfer History" to see what's going on.

Thank you, and to others, for your helpful advice. Will order GCMS notes.

Hi all,
Anyone who asked for their test to be rescheduled to a different date for whichever reason?
Any idea How long they took to provide new dates/ test invite link?

Hi all,
I am in process of collecting documents. I have few questions:
I got PR is July 2015, left canada and came back again in May 2018. Now applying for citizenship.
1) My daugher got senior secondary Diploma now after 3 years of regular study in Canada. Citizen ship form says that " A degree, diploma, certificate or official transcripts from asecondary or post-secondary education program showing you studied in English or French, in Canada or abroad". But her post secondary diploma does not shows that. What shall i do.
Does she needs to write IELTS General ?
She wrote IELTS Acedamic for her university admission. WIll it work

No. IELTS General is required.
You can simply submit a copy of her Transcripts and Degree from Canada along with an LOE stating that the mode of teaching was English.
You can also ask the university Registrar's office and request a letter stating the mode of teaching was English and submit that along with degree and transcripts.

I have confusion:

I website it is showing coloured copies of all pages of passports.
  • the original printout of your Online Physical Presence Calculation or form CIT 0407 (PDF, 1.8 MB)
  • colour photocopy of all pages (valid or expired) of your passport(s) or travel document(s) during your (5) year eligibility period, including the biographical page which includes: name, photo, date and place of birth, passport/travel document number, issue date and expiration date.
    • If you do not have these documents or there is missing time between the validity dates of the travel documents, provide an explanation in question 14 on the application form.
  • photocopies of two (2) pieces of personal identification.
Website Link:https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...der-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html

In the Guide showing only biological pages:
  • the original printout of your Online Physical Presence Calculation or form CIT 0407 (PDF, 1.8 MB)
  • photocopies of biographical pages of all valid and expired passports ortravel documents you had in the past 5 years. The biographical pagemeans the page where it has your name, photo, passport/traveldocument number, issue date and expiration date.

Which ne to follow ?

Just follow what the check-list has mentioned in it cause that's what you need.

Congrats!

Timeline for oath varies. It could happen much sooner but assume it'll take about 2 months to avoid disappointment (if things don't go as planned).

Wish you all the very best!

Submitted FPs yesterday. Does anyone know how long it takes for the system to update after submitting them?

Hi @rajkamalmohanram

I called CIC today to check if there is any update regarding my application. I was surprised when the agent told me that they are verifying the information of my child linked to my application/Profile. I filed my single application in July 2020 where as for my wife and child in Feb 2021. Have you come across anything like that earlier where application of child is linked to other parent instead of the parent with whom original application is filed? And any guess what would be the impact of this on my application? Will it get delayed and they will combine all the applications including my wife's application? My wife still have not received any test request but her BGC were completed in May 2021.

Thanks.

This is unusual but looks like IRCC is trying to process your family application together. I mean, if you guys have applied many months apart, usually, the application is processed according to the date it was received but this one seems to be an odd situation.

No, I haven't heard about this scenario before.

May be someone else who submitted application alone and their spouse and child application at a later time could pitch in and clarify this for you.

If they are processing it together, then your spouse and you might be scheduled an oath ceremony on the same day.
