My package got returned yesterday due to missing PCC.
I mentioned it in cover letter that it is in process and PCC is ready.
They should have asked it through email and not returned
So disappointed with them

I am sorry to hear! I had a return to this year I was devastated! Don't stress too much just do what is ask and send it right back in.

The one I used was 09/2018. My application didn't get returned so I believe that's the right one.

I applied on July 15th and I received AOR on August 22nd. I paid for biometrics upfront as an inland applicant. Hope this helps

My Package was returned today because we did not include my Spouse "Most recent Notice of Assessment or Proof of Income Statement"from Canada Revenue Agency.

This have been printed and I will send it first thing tomorrow as I need to reprint all documents again to be sure its the most current immi forms I am about sending.

However, I need clarification on the following as a lot has change since July that the package was sent:

1) My spouse has done change of name and all her Id's and records are now bearing my name except PR Card and Govt of Canada records. (The question here is, should she now make same change on the immigration forms or allow her maiden name as it was?

2) Do I need to include the documents the sent as reason for package return when sending back my package?

Yes I attached one receipt with both payments included (PR and bio).
