applicaton status as follows:

Visa office :New Delhi
First Apply :march 2016
Medical : upfront February 11 2016
Status : Application file was missing (cic said)

2nd application: july 2016 (cic provides special number for missing file by cic)
Aor 1: july 25 2016
SpA : august 2016
Aor 2 (file transfer to visa office) :September 10 2016
New Update : not yet

cic not asking for updated document yet and the Medical result will expire at February 11, why it's talking time for such missing file by cic
why processing taking such a long time !!!!!!! please suggest what can we do in such a condition

If your medical expires then you will probably be required to do a new one.

It's taking this long because the visa office has to do their checks and yours is not the only application in the queue. We have also been waiting since July, as has everyone in this thread and probably thousands who are not on this forum.

HELP! We are July 2016 applicants!

My fiance landed on Dec 3 2016 and we just found out today (Feb 9 2017) that his pictures for his PR card were not accepted (despite having the immigration official take new photos specifically for the PR card..). The trouble is that he has flights to Scotland book for March 22. We have gotten the new photos and will send them off tomorrow but does anyone know anything about obtaining a Permanent Resident Travel Document? We called IRCC and they were useless in helping us with this matter or explaining how we can make sure he is allowed back in the country!

Do we have time to apply for this? Can you even apply for one from inside Canada? We don't like that he has to send his passport away as if it is lost he definitely does not have time to get a new one before his trip. Any advice is much appreciated- we are panicking!

Additional documents courier received by New Delhi Visa Office by March 3 2017….

Online status in GCKEY says…”BG IN PROGRESS” since March 9 2017….

It seems Vienna VO is not any better thank Ankara. We are couple of girls waiting for husband PR from Ankara VO applied since May 2016. My husband file is in security check since 24 Oct. Any idea how long security check may take as a max?

We're Sydney VO. Nothing since a request for a UK police clearance for my partner (who hasn't lived there for 31 years!). We're really hoping a decision is soon so we can go in May and activate the visa.
