While it is definitely a good sign being asked for RPRF, remember that a lot of people pay it upfront and may not receive PR. I do not think that is what is happening here, just simply saying that paying the RPRF does not guarantee a COPR, otherwise everyone would pay upfront.AshleyAnne said:YES!
