I would start calling as much as possible. If you are past your estimated time then they actually tell you to contact them. I'd try all avenues available to you. Request your case notes, email, call, fax, contact your local MP, whatever you can do.

Yeahhh that is a load of poop! It is a different agency that does your notes then who work on your application. All they do is pull up your app on their programs and forward it.
