RCMP requested: Jan/29/2015
Passed RCMP deadline of Mar/31/2015 ( Application under second review because of the duties)
RCMP sent: Apr/4/2015
Medical Reuest: Aug/22/2015
Medical Done: Aug/25/2015
Ready for Visa Request: Sep/2/2015
Passport Recieved back: Sep/17/2015
Landing: to be done in November as i am going back home in noevmber

I landed today at Rainbow bridge....process was simple...just waited for 1 hr...no question asked,,,officer told congratulations....

Guys, I need your advise here. As I said before my lmo work permit is getting expired next month on 26th, I applied for bowp yesterday. PR application is in process & no update in case after medicals in March.
Here is my question- I am being offered a new job, can I start working in some other company ? Or do I need some kind of approval to work somewhere else as currently I have a bonded work permit with my present company ?
Please advise, I really need to change my company !!!

You just cannot start working for another employer if you are on an LMO work-permit. However, there are some things you can do about this. You can ask the new employer to apply for another LMO for you. Then you just need to ask CIC to change your conditions, or in this case, extend your work-permit. But since you've already applied for BOWP, I'd suggest you to tell the situation to your new employer and ask him/her to extend your joining date. Employers usually understand this situation. So you don't worry about losing the opportunity for rescheduling the joining for merely half a month or a month.
