i sent an email to cic asking for a status update on 9/15 and got a response today.. same standard response I've seen for others - we don't require any info at this stage... officer will contact you etc.

it is the last stage (hopefully) for me but not sure when :-X

No.. i received and paid RPRF on 10th Sep.. (along with 2 other more applicants here) but none of us hv heard anything since..

Only Neha got PPR..she received RPRF on 25 Aug and paid 11 Sep..

so we r hoping to hear something soon too..

ok.. looking by the trend, you guys should move ahead very soon bcz ppl whose process has been active in last month/two are the ones moving faster.

My observation,

We are not getting anything before elections, may be just some PPR not more than that.
CIC already decided not to work on our applications no matter how much you push them. Right now their concern is only Damn EE we are ..... people we applied before EE. CIC does not care because they are not suffering we are suffering, they are still making money from us via BOWP and others tensions of process.
What ever CIC is doing they are doing knowingly.

So keep calm and wait until they decide to work again on our applications also no gurantee either they will reject or approved.

I hope they catch some speed now till the year end.. honestly even i was surprised getting RPRF request.. i hv given up my hopes on CIC being even mildly efficient considering how things have been going on since EE launch.. not just with CEC class but also PNP, WPs, etc.

Does you ECAS say anything about your application being rejected? If not, then you are still waiting.

should i send BIODATA along with medical?

just checked my status & apparently they have sent sth on July 24 which i don't know what that is.
here's the status of my file:


5- We sent you medical instructions on April 4, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Medical results have been received.

6- We sent you correspondence on July 24, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Call CIC call center and ask.. tell them you checked it in online status but u did not get any email... only then they will open your profile to tell you exactly what the outgoing correspondence from CIC was about.. let us know if it works
