Hello everyone,

I have a question. I got my PR Card but My wife still in india and she got her COPR.

Problem is that I moved out from Novascotia to Ontario. In My wife's COPR letter, destination address is Novascotia. She planing to come in jan 2016. When she comes in jan, at port of entry (may be in toronto) is it going to be problem as I dont live in Novascotia anymore ? do I have to informed CIC and asked for new COPR ?

My Pleasure. I just called CIC call centre to see if they can tell me anything about my file. But there my lucks did not work I always got a person who is not helpful.
But there is always one who is helping and making things for you and that is Almighty, so I am hoping I will hear some good news soon In Sha ALLAH.

congrats everyone on getting their PPR or visa ready... i'm still waiting as i have submitted my RPRF and nothing so far

I got the same reply from Cic agent that she will email VO about my application but the very next week we got an email which is as follows

Dear Sir/Madam,



This is in response to a recent inquiry you made to the CIC Call Centre about your CEC application.



Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.



The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is a popular program, and CIC received a high volume of CEC paper applications prior to the launch of Express Entry on January 1, 2015. These applications continue to be processed.



Processing time for people who applied to CEC is available on our website. This information is updated quarterly. Please consult our website for posted processing times:





We do not require any information from you at the present time. An officer will contact you if further information is required. Please ensure when submitting documents that they are still valid and will not expire within six (6) months as this could delay your application.



We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum. In order to process requests efficiently, we will not be responding to duplicate requests.

If you don't apply for a new BOWP, you are not on implied status and cannot continue your work. If you at least applied for a new work permit, you can keep working under the same conditions as your last permit until you receive the new permit. In other words, APPLY ASAP!!!

Qestion.. for passport request.. did u guys only send the passport along with print of the PPR email only? or did u also send the photos?
One of my friend who sent his passport under EE CEC application sent photos too, but on my email it does not mention photo requirement.. I had sent in photos when i applied for CEC... so there is nothing missing right if i did not send photos?

Photos would generally required if applicant change their Visa office for visa stamping. Applicant send their photos with application to the Ottawa or Sydney office. However when you request for change of office for Visa stamp that office does not have your actual picture to paste on CoPR.
