are there anybody who haven't got their rprf since their medical??? im so worried whats goin on?

I got medical request in March & since then I have been waiting for my rprf :-[
Every time I call, I get to hear you file is under background process !!

Hi guys,

I just checked my ECAS and it says about medical exam:

We sent you medical instructions on October 1, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

What is the information requested? What is the "letter" they are talking about? I thought the exam results should have been sent directly by the doctor?

UPDATED: Never mind.. It was just a bad English understanding. The "letter" there does not mean I need to provide the information using a letter. It means the letter that was sent to me instead.

I get the same line. After this the last line says medical received. When did you applied your PR application & when you got your medical request ?

any of you have tried this, since your application has passed the official 14 month period (from application date as per cic websire, don't care what call centre agents have to say) from when they received your application. i'm october application, will certainly do so once 14 month timeline has passed.

My application was received on July 10, 2014. The medical request was a week ago, on October 1, 2015.

I did the medical exam earlier on August this year. So, if they stay true about 3-month delay, they will update it on early November.

I got medical request on 18th March & no update after that. Still waiting for rprf

The exam needs to be done 30 days after the email is sent.

I called CIC call center today morning and I am in a shock.
I had applied on 2nd July, 2014 and told them that its more than 14 months now, can they please let me know whats the status of the application. To which I got the same old reply, we have everything and the application is in process. I can't tell how much time it will take.

I have already received medical request and RPRF which was in July, 2015. Since then I have not heard from them, I asked her if there are some documents or information pending from my end, etc.

She just said you are calculating wrong, the 14 months are calculated from the time when the Ottawa office received your application.
As per that the 14 months will be over on 14th December, 2015.
Please don't call back again till that time, and hung up on me.

She was so rude. I am frustrated and angry.
I am not sure why they are taking so much time, it looks like they have put all CEC applications applied before Jan, 2015 on hold.
They are only processing express entry, which is so unjust.

Not Sure what to do.

I am now waiting for the GC notes. But not sure if it will be of any help.

next time, ask her to show official doc about processing time definition. and point out which website show contradictory information . and ask her how to make a complain about CIC rude service .
