July 2014 applicants via Manila visa office

Hello po! Im a newbie dto sa forum. So glad na may mkakausap ako with the same situation as mine while waiting sa result ng application. Hehe Nareceived po ng CPC-M ung application namin nung Jul 16 tpos po naresib nmn ung SA on Sep 4. Meron lng po akong concern ksi di kami mgsubmit ng CENOMAR ngemail po ksi ako sa manila VO sbi nila hndi nmn daw need. Pero nbsa ko dto sa forum need daw. Now im worried baka matagalan dhil dun. Sana naman hindi. Pero question po required po bayun tlga ung CENOMAR? Meron bang case na hndi ngpasa ng CENOMAR pero wala nmn naging prob? If need po tlga nun pwede ba mag courier ng extra docs sa VO khit di pa nila hiningi para mabilis?

My Tagalog is weak, I'm still learning ...ok I think you are saying it depends on the VO that works on the application if they will request the Advisory of Marriage Certificate. Sometimes they send that request with the PPR and sometimes b4. and sometimes it may not even be asked for. You were asked for it I think in an email.
and of what I understand I think you are saying its best to submit it with the 1st stage.

We did not do that, I sent in a scanned copy of her original CENOMAR and in our letter to CIC explained that the embassy kept it when we got married. We were thinking of applying for the Advisory at the same time as our Philippine marriage Certificate request. Do you know if we could have the NSO directly send the Advisory to CEM?
Do we have to wait for the request? or would be be ok to just send it to be sure there is no delays with processing.

Thanks sa respond rob89! Sana kung irrequest nila isabay na lang for PPR kysa before PPR para di tumagal. Hehe pero I think it is a good idea na ipadala na bago irequest? Para aagapan bago pa nila hanapin. Pero Im not sure if that is allowed. Yung magpadala ng additional documents kahit wala pa silang nireequest. Allowed po ba un?

...if i were you, better wait the Cem request for addtional docs needed.
kc you can get cenomar easily nmn to all municipality. just always remember
case to case basis pren, and it dpends pren sa VO if they allow it.

..let me clear, i did not say to send the cenomar on it's 1st application . it's just that pinkflower is asking if she can forward it on the 1st stage, or if it's possible...what i've told her is to wait the Cem email before she makes a move to get the cenomar-advisory of marriage. usually the common docs we forwarded on the 1st stage are: birth, marriage cert, random pics, chat history, letters, phonecalls, sms history, remittances, statement of account, plane ticket for travelling and etc.

The Cenomar-advisory of marriage again will ask before or after PPR and sometimes included to your PPR email. On my case, Cem asked the orig copy of my advisory of marriage included to my PPR.

...Cenomar or (Certificate of No Marriage is for Single/People who have not been married yet)
...Once your married and your marriage certificate has been forwarded to NSO it automatically recorded to their data. If you get the Cenomar and you're married, NSO office will issue the
Advisory of Marriage. These documents are certified by NSO so no need to apply. Anytime you can request it to all NSO branches or to your nearest municipal within 3 to 4 working days. Hope it helps.

Hello Pinkflower,

CENOMAR also known as Advisory on Marriage (AOM) for us married applicants is required, it is clearly stated in the country specific instruction for Phils.
So if you didnt provide upon application, CEM will most likely ask for it later on as additional document. So better get one now while waiting for the PPR or instructions from CEM.

I am not sure if you can send additional docs without CEM asking for it. Maybe other forum mates can give input on this

Magdilang anghel ka sana Sis, medyo worried pa kami kasi alanganin n yung date nung smin bka irequest pa kami nung updated forms, my ibang applicants kasi na kahit July nareceived yung app nila, hiningan pa nung mga updated na forms, ewan ko ba sana naman makalusot yung sa amin at SA na! Don't mind yung processing time sa website, mas mabilis yung sa totoong buhay hehehe, my PPR na sa June applicants diba? Ang bilis! ;D

Thanks shadow_0716! Meron kasi ako kakilala na hndi din sila nagsubmit ng cenomar pero okay naman. Pero sabagay case to case basis din tlga e. Di ntin masbi kung hhingin ba o hindi. Pero wait ko na lng din ung request nila. Sana lng di mag cause ng delay. pero order na ko ng cenomar sa Nso thanks again!
