July 2014 applicants via Manila visa office

hi. i would like to ask for help re: sponsorship

filed our application around july without an upfront, and our files has been transfered to Manila VO
do i need to wait for a medical request or it's okay to send the medical upfront directly without their instruction?

I think you need to wait now. Your document might get lost if you just send it with no file reference number.

You can send it to them, just indicate the file number and applicant name.

thanks cowfeepanda and mrs.cam i already sent the emedical information sheet along with the sponsors approval letter ( that has UCI and File No. )
now were on the waiting game.. oh dear, it is really dreadful having the agony of all the wait process that's been going on.. :-\

After you have posted 10 times you can go to your profile and you will see "Form profile information" click there and add everything in.
