Mabilis lang naman ang NBI Sis, lalo na sa mga satellite offices ka kukuha, that is pag wala kang 'hit'. Pag may hit kasi, sa Main NBI na ata kukuha nun.

Hopefully mabilis lang sayo.

Received my wife's AOR from Manila this morning ..along with the following request

RPRF still needs payment

Original Advisory of Marriages from NSO

Documentary proof of severance of declared previous relationship in reference to my self.

RPRF is straight foreward

AOM not so much...If i understand correctly she could just apply for another CENOMAR and because we are married she would end up with the AOM is this correct ?
Does it have to be "red ribboned" for CEM?
Could the NSO send it to CEM at our request directly?
We were married in Thailand back in April and the report of marriage was done through the Embassy in Bangkok, we included a copy of that form. Has enough time passed for it to be proper in the NSO files?

Documentary proof of severance. I sent Mississauga an original copy of relationship severance document (we were common law) and tax forms as proof. Something tells me they kept these documents and did not foreward them to Manila. I will send these to CEM by courier.
Is there possibly anything else CEM would want as proof? I would think Canadian Government Tax forms would be enough.

Thanks
Chris

Yes this is correct

Does it have to be "red ribboned" for CEM? No need for red ribbon

You have to include a file number when sending documents to CEM. I suggest to just order CENOMAR/AOM online then send the AOM yourself to CEM, that way you are sure a file number/ name of your wife is included.

The endorsement of marriage certificate to NSO from the Local Civil Registry or Embassies may take up to six months before it appears in NSO database. Unless you had your MC under advance endorsement, then you can request the NSO MC after a month. You will know that when you order the CENOMAR, if it come back as AOM, your MC is already in NSO database.

I have been informed today that my wife's brother has indeed both our AOM and our Philippine Marriage Certificate,
He will be sending the AOM as per requested to CEM on her behalf.

I will be arriving in Thailand in a couple of weeks time and I will be sending to CIC my proof of severance from last relationship while I am there (Tax Forms, declaration of severance etc). CIC is aware of the visit as I did include my paid itinerary for this upcoming trip with our application. Just thinking since they have this itinerary in their possession it maybe wise to include pictures on my arrival back to Thailand.

What are members thoughts on taking that opportunity of sending more pictures of us that will be taken during my visit with my wife?

Thanks
Chris

I personally think if they don't ask for it don't send it to keep your application simple. That being said, if they email to request additional proof of your relationship, which I don't think they will ask for since you are married, then send these new photos. Just my opinion though.

Hello everyone! Good day po. ;D

One question, kaka-send lang po namin ng family ko ng Background declaration last week but my dad did not able to pass the medical examination last august pero nagmemedicate na po sya for 3mos now and still haven't recieve a call na pwede na uli sya magpamedical. I've read somewhere na 99% done na po ang process pag may background declaration na so how is that with the delay po?

I'm just worried because my dad's been a bit down thinking that he caused so much delay and it hurts me seeing him that way :-[ so...anybody knows something about this issue, it would be very helpful. Thank you po. :)
