Hello mga ka forum ask ko lang po kung my na SA na po s ibang july applicants kami po july 17 pa po nareceive yung application namin hanggang ngayon wala pa din mail s asawa ko kung naapprove siya... nakakainip po pala mag antay... :-( sumali n din po ako s group s fb.

Ask your husband to call CIC in Canada, here is their number 1-888-242-2100. Tanong nya ung status ng application nyo since parang lagapas na kayo sa processing time. Hope this helps.

Nope dont ever call the cic here in canada... My possibility na mairita cla at irefuse ung papers nyo.. Just better to wait nlng po..

Hello Mrs. B, darating din yan. It will come. I expected our SA to arrive september 30. Sabi kasi nila, expect for the worst, hope and pray for the best. It will come real soon.

Hello Kickurself that is just my thought lang po. Nakalagay din po kasi sa CIC website na if lagpas na sa processing time you can call them to follow up. Kung once ka lng naman ttwag I don't think na maiirita sila sayo. Besides, under the Rules and Regulations of CIC, Officer should not refuse an application without any valid reason such as calling CIC several times. CIC agent who talks to you on the phone will not the be the one to approve or refuse the application the Immigration officer does. Nagpapaliwanag lang po

Hehe opo i know.. Kc thats why i said that po one of my relatives follow up their papers then after that their papers has been refused.. And they have to start from zero po.. And i saw sa cic website po correct me if im wrong no call po dapat check lng sa website..

Nako I hope they were not refused dahil tumwag sila sa CIC kasi kung iyon ung reason they should apply for an appeal for the application. Pero siguro meron nmn letter ang CIC stating the reason why they are refused. Pero yup, pwede tunwag sa CIC if your paper is outside the processing time. Just for the step 1 though. I saw it on their website here is the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/inFORMation/times/perm-fc.asp you can see it at the bottom part

Thank you po sana nga po dumating na nalulungkot na po kasi ang asawa ko baka di daw po kasi siya naapprove. Pero expected din nman hanggang katapusan.. thank u po sa pagreply. Buti ka po my SA na.

Just keep the faith po. Ngayon pa lang, magbaon na tayo ng maraming positive thoughts. Sabi nga nila think positive and positive things will happen. Just don't test positive. your SA will soon arrive po.
