1. for my medical, no fasting was required.
2. i am not sure about this, sorry.
3. i copied and pasted the biodata form into MS word, filled it in by typing, and saved it as a PDF and sent it off by email. I just did that yesterday, no replies from them yet.

hope that helped!

Thanks for the quick reply nikkit.

Hope someone was in a similar situation as in #2 and provide a clarification..

I received an e-mail from RE-MANIL about the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar or PDOS. Does it mean our visa will be released very soon? Thanks!

does anyone know how long it takes between medical exam and actually receiving PR?

i am in a messy situation now, applied for BOWP but it got refused (because apparently i was supposed to attach my AOR but i didn't know it was required until later)..

and now my PGWP expired on jun 3, and now i have to stop working.. and now i have to apply to restore my status in canada.. which will take 5 months according to the call agent..

I am hearing it can take from 3 weeks to 3 months. I have sent my passport on May 21st and still waiting for answers/updates. I haven't heard CIC yet. I was following May and June forums and found out that there are some applicants who are waiting for return passport for more than 3 months.now.

I just saw on Trackitt another July applicant who had PPR on May 22 just got his passport back yesterday.

i can see on Trackkit some applicants got their passport back within a month. Now, i am worried about one thing, while sending my passport i forgot to include passport request email in the package however provided cover letter with all my application information and rprf.

i hope this would not delay my passport return process?

Quick update
I did my medical exam on May 17th and today I got a phone call from the doctor saying that she submitted everything last Monday on June 3rd to immigration via emedical.
Do you know how long does it take for the next step? COPR?
Thanks and good luck to you all

Hopefully you should get RPRF/Biodata/Passport request soon. In my case it took around 4 weeks after submitting medicals

I already got Biodata and RPRF, the only thing missing is COPR. I am from a visa exempt country. Fingers crossed

You can expect your COPR in regular mail after your Ecas shows decision made.

@pititdragon

oh yes, i already submitted biodate and RPRF, and now just waiting for my doc to send the medicals.. im surprised your emedical took 2-3 weeks!! i thought it would be faster..

i am from visa exempt country too, so it would be helpful if you could keep us updated about your timeline!

i really hope i can get COPR in a month or two...

Thanks yosemite, do you know the timeline for that? my Ecas is till showing "in process"
How long for "medical received" ? Then "decision made" ? Then COPR in mail ?

For sure I'll let you know. It took 2-3 weeks because of the X-Ray, they had some issue to put it in the system, they said the new emdedical system is reallly unfriendly. It's all good now.

Received COPR today as I am a from a visa-exempt country. SO EXCITING!!!

Off to Niagara Falls tomorrow....
