Sandilee...just FYI..in your refund letter, there could be an application #. you can try to use it on CIC on-line service and match APPLICANT's information to see whether you recived AOR.

I did log on. It just says Application Received. I finally got through to the call centre. They said there was another letter sent to me explaining the refund but I'll have to wait for it in the post. Doesn't sound good.

I woke up this morning hoping to hear something -- and I did!! Sponsor approval!! The email came from the Ottawa Pilot, not Mississauga, in case anyone is interested. It's now been forwarded to CPP-O for stage 2.

Hi guys,

My wife recieved an AOR from the Visa Office in Warsaw, Poland today (Bagel please update the spreadsheet). It says that the visa office takes about 6 months to process the application. But something a bit weired, it also states to contact them if nothing happens prior to the 20th of December (exactly three months from now). So is it 6 months or 3 months? I know for fact they will contact us as my wife did not do her X-ray due to pregnancy. For sure they will ask for that after she dlivers our daughter.

could you please help me with my situation?
I sent CIC 12kg application package, which are included 3 books of our messages,
however, on the day I received my sponsorship approval.
They sent back to me 3 Books of yahoo messages, but all of other proof such as, photos, mail, ticket and etc they didn't return.
what is going on with my wife application?
By the way, in the return package, they just said they don't need that additional information at this time.
and my wife permanent resident application was received by Singapore visa office and her application status is
application received and medical results have been received on Sep 07th.
I just want to know whether anyone have same situation with me, and is it ok with my wife application?
Thank for your help if possible.

I would think this is a favourable thing too. they looked at how much proof you had overall and sent back something saying they didnt need it... I think it means you've got your bases covered in that department. Good luck!

That's great news lioha. Hopefully it is 3 months! However maybe they say to contact them because they need to get an update on your wife's x-rays. Either way, it's great to hear something from the actual VO. Good luck with stage 2!
