you could enter ECAS with your UCI (unique client identification) number to change information.

That's great news your CC was charged. Now you just ahve to sit and wait - you should receive an email giving either a PER (positive eligibility review) or NER (negative eligibility review). If you receive PER then all your docs and app will be forwarded to your local visa office.

Yes you are right , most of them have not updated their chosen payment method. NkKd I have observed there isn't much difference between CC & BD Charged dates, but in case of latter(BD) one comes to know much later after the actual charged date.

That is very true. Moreover, the PERs are received more or less in the order of which the CC/BD are charged.
