I asked her about email, but she said they haven't sent any. She said to wait for a few more days. Are you able to login with your UCI number? what is the status/details showing?

Oh ok. She told me that an AOR mail has been sent day before yday and was surprised I hadnt rcvd it. Also she said, for any further queries please contact New Delhi VO.

Yes I wasn't sure too. I mean I thought it would take another 2 weeks to complete CAP, and I would be comfortably in. But they updated 40 applications in just 5 days. That threw me!!!



dear.....u r making me confused..........i am just not getting ur point...............in cap there is noc0631 for 498...so what does it mean??498 applicants are already approved by cic???is it???or those are only submitted APPLICATION

Just wondering since your Appl was recvd by them on 26th July and you got your MR, mijne was received by them on 12th July and still awaiting

is there something to worry ???

Ok I can see your details. ou shoul dbe getting our MR anytime now. Dont worry there are applicants like RKC whose application dates are prior to yours but havent rcvd MR still. Mang on the other hand has got his MR. So you see, its not really going date wise. But as per timelines we have noticed here in the forum, ou will get yours shortly. Bribe the postman of your area ;-) just kidding

the good thing is tht all the VO with the exception of buffalo has sent MR. i think tht after the holiday season there will an increased activity in VOs and there will fewer files comin in from CIO beacuse the four major NOCs are capped and there will be significant decline in the PER cases. so january is goin to b very interesting and we will all b having a great time greeting each other.

i dont think that it is much to worry about at this stage. it is a known fact tht it is dependant on visa officers and sometimes the need for greater degree of background checks. but not a worrying thing really

As i have posted earlier,
I was in touch with my University and i have been informed on phone by an University Clerk that they have recieved varification request from the Canadian amb.
It took them only 2 working days to send back my Ver. Letter through speed post.(money works)
AS U KNOW INDIAN UNIVERSITIES R TWO SLOW AND MIGHT TAKE 30-45 Working days to send back the Ver.Request and that too through ordinary post.

I Think this is one of the resion for delay in the PR process.

If you are working as a CI..then I bet you already have completed your masteral units/degree =22 points?
and as a CI, I think u also achieved the maximum 16 points in IELTS.. I bet your score is 67?

I also just turned 25 last October.. I got 16 points in IELTS + 5 points for my relatives in CANADA.
after graduating,I immediately took the board exam.After passing,I immediately worked in a govt tertiary hosp.
(My uncle who's an ex mayor knows our congressman very well) so I was immediately hired under a contractual
status then was appointed as a permanent employee..so I have almost 4 yrs of Exp now..

finding jobs for nurses are really tough right now..but its just a matter of chances,license and referrals LOL!


I think we are n the same boat.. Its a rule that to be eligible for FSW..we must at least get a minimum
score of 67.. so if someone has a masteral,IELTs,relatives in Canada,VALID work experience who
can meet the "67" points..they should not be keen on age and marital status of that person.

dear mang! did u send only notarized copy of university transcript or did u send it sealed and verified. i am wondering coz i send them original n verified transcripts in sealed envelop. n i was thinking if they wud still feel the need to verfiy it one more time. n 1+ for u being so street smart
