where is my per? :'( :'( :'(.....i dont know what is snail mail........plz tell me........and which one make the process fast....aor or per.............for the first receive..........

Your PER will reach you within 90 days (+/- few days) from your date of appl rcvd at CIC.

Snail mail is regular post (like Indian Postal Service and not courier like DHL and fedex)

There's none that makes the process fast or slow. AOR is Acknowledgement of receipt (which is now clubbed with PER and no longer a separate entity) and PER is Positive Eligibility Review. You will now get only one mail (after 90days) and that is PER.

I'm just new here and I have few questions. I can see that the cap for registered nurse has already been reached. I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines, can I still file my application in Registered Nurse NOC or not? If not, can I apply through Licensed Practical Nurse NOC? Thank you very much.

I am sorry to tell you that you might have to wait till next ear July to apply. But you must be REALLY QUICK and make sure your application reaches by the first week of July itself, else you might miss the CAP.

If you are keen to apply this year, you can look at Quebec which has a diff programme or Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP). Do dig up the CIC website and also this firum for more info.

I asked her about email, but she said they haven't sent any. She said to wait for a few more days. Are you able to login with your UCI number? what is the status/details showing?
