TIPS TO GET THE PR FASTER
( After RBVO MI3 WITH IN 2 - 4 MONTHS )
1. VO SENDS A VERIFICATION REQUEST TO UR UNIVERSITY / BOARD and most of the universities mainly Indian Uni. takes too much time to reply back.
** be in touch with ur uni.
If u can contect the uni.
Clerk or some one else to reply faster thr courior (money works) it will reduce the process time to minimum 1 month.
2.VO MAY CONTECT ( CALL OR VISIT) YR EMPLOYER
**Be in touch with ur past and current employer and keep on reminding them.
Dont give them (VO) any chance to verify about yr employement hisory in detail or to visit yr office or may invite you for an interview.
They will only do it if they are not setisfied with yr exp.letters or with the call to yr employer.
It will save more then 2 months.
3. Do yr medicals and send PPRF/ RF , With in 7 days after recieving.
** Request yr DMP to send it with in 2-3 days ,make some good stories and a polite talk with the pathologist usualy works.
It will save more then 25-40 days.

If every thing goes fine and if u dont have any criminal or medical history you can expect yr ****PR WITH IN 60 to 120 DAYS i.e 2 to 4 months after IN PROCESS**

In INDIA (NDVO)
100 % chances if u have studied from / LIVE IN PUNJAB
Others 70 %
( -30 good univ. And employement history)
One of My friend got ver. req. To his uni. And as well as to his college.
So, we shoudnt take any unnecesary risks which can delay our process.

I need at least 3-4 months to provide this document,do they give me this time? Did you heard they give mor time to someone to gather documents?

Hello everybody,
It has been worth the wait. I got my 2nd AOR today dated 11th November from visa office. Westpoint and RKC please update my status. Processing time limit is 10 months from the above date. feeelin goood I believe by april we must get our MR.
RAVI- wat is ur processing time. is it the same for all of us.

Yeah they have written processing time is 10 months and if u dont hear anything from us within 6 months please contact us. Going by last year time line i think we should get our MR by last week of Jan or first week of Feb.

If your Case is in the court , ask yr advocate to get u a copy of the court proceedings frow the court and
a detailed explaination about ur case , its status,and expected time to get the Div. Cert. On your advocate letter pad.
It will take max. 5 working days.
After receiving This information yr VO WILL ONCE AGAIN START PROCESSING YR CASE NORMALY.
But i am sure that they will only aprove ur PR (final D.) before yr Div.Cert.
U have to send it later.

1. After in process - 30 to 60 days - we will recieve medicals /PPRF/RF
Request.

2.After sending all of the above.
30 - 60 days Decision Made

3. 15 - 30 days u will get yr back stamped passport.

If all my docs are okay, should i be receiving a PER (i am not sure what to expect from the CIO) via email or what?

What is AOR? i have lots of acronyms that I need to familiarize myself with...

Kudos Paris VO....WOW!!! MR/RPRF within a month of PER...Congrats!!!! Pharmacist....Happy for you ....Status updated.

Thx RKC...I would like to add that I received a big envelope with 2nd AOR dated 17 Nov, MR request dated 21 Nov and RPRF to pay...included also was a form with extra documents to send but nothing was ticked/requested even not police certificates... do you think they will send the same form later with police cert. request? I am not sure of the steps...
