Thx Saqib...my e-cas shows in process (Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 21, 2011 )only today...before that it was RBVO...

Just a question...is it possible that my e-cas shows "in process" and they start working on my application on Nov 21 and the same day they send MR? does this mean that they are very convinced with my docs and not doing any background checks? Can i assume that an interview will be waived as well ??
would appreciate any comments ...

You must provide the above documents and information or information about the status of your divorce proceedings within 30 days from the date of this correspondence, otherwise I shall make a decision on your application on the basis of the existing information.

I need at least 3-4 months to provide this document,do they give me this time? Did you heard they give mor time to someone to gather documents?

pls find my opinion/answer to ur highlight question (in blue color) above,
in highlighted green...it is already stated from the letter itself...i think what u can do is to request status of ur divorce proceeding from the court where it is being heard/processed and submit that letter of status to your requesting party, which is ur VO... do it asap, if need be u can show ur letter from VO to the court clerk

Thx RKC...I would like to add that I received a big envelope with 2nd AOR dated 17 Nov, MR request dated 21 Nov and RPRF to pay...included also was a form with extra documents to send but nothing was ticked/requested even not police certificates... do you think they will send the same form later with police cert. request? I am not sure of the steps...

oh lovely news!!! congratulations on receipt of ur MR ;D ;D ;D if they have not ticked anything then perhaps it is not needed/requested at all...

Hello everybody,
It has been worth the wait. I got my 2nd AOR today dated 11th November from visa office. Westpoint and RKC please update my status. Processing time limit is 10 months from the above date. feeelin goood I believe by april we must get our MR.
RAVI- wat is ur processing time. is it the same for all of us.

They also requested us to pay the RPRF....

GOT MY 2nd AOR LETTER TODAY (24-11-2011), DATED 18-11-2011 FROM NDVO.
It says the average processing time is 10 months at ndvo .
Is it normal?

The address label has disappeared and statu also added the third sentence as"we stated processing your application on November 21,2011" just like phamacist77 got except the MR request.
