GOT MY 2nd AOR LETTER TODAY (24-11-2011), DATED 18-11-2011 FROM NDVO.
It says the average processing time is 10 months at ndvo .
Is it normal?

Oh so the gap between CC/BD charged and PER is coming down then. Its almost immediate. Its almost like "this applicant is ready for PER, get his/her CC charged and we send the PER mail.

In that case there is indeed no connection between CC/BD charged and Completeness check, like Farukh has been saying ever since. Thats good to know.

Sorry YH I would not want to comment on the caps issue.....it's a very sensitive one.........people neg you for no reason...you already know my stand (on how caps are counted).... I may be wrong..I just hope you all are included in the cap. You can ask qorax, wayne, mitali, Dr.Hasib, mandiebraxton & many other senior members.

CIO assessment officers dont have any backlog whtsoever. whtever time they r takin n where there is a delay its in the completeness check. just a theory.
