No ill intention folks. I need canada PR to get and OHIP refund of about 13K paid for my wifes delivery. I now have a US GC and I am eligible in CEC. OHIP said we will refund if you apply PR. So I want my 13k back but dont want to risk my GC for that.

For MI5, Does the date in the application be 1st Julyter and af or can it be a date before that and the application reaches on 1st July. If the date is say 27th June, will they not consider it for MI5

No clue at all. I will have to wait for the application to get back. Will they let me know why it was deemed incomplete?

Bad news for me. But good news for Sep applicants. My app was returned on 29th November deemed incomplete. Came to know through e mail response from CIO. They have given no reason as such. I am devastated. Is there anything I can do now?
