I am really worry about my PER as until now not received any email . There are 3 applicants who got their PER, CIO received their application on 25th August same like me. But my CC only charged on 14 Nov 2011.
I am really exciting for coming weeks. Good luck to you all.

My Questions before submitting my application next week. Hope somebody is kind enough to reply. ;D

1. Personal Net Worth Statement is not included anymore in the new forms, is it advisable to include this in my application? My POF is only pure cash (bank deposit certificate).yes it is no longer included, i guess there's no harm in including it if u feel like it, and there is no harm in not including it as well...
2. NOC number is not included in the mailing address of CIO (attached to the envelope), is it advantageous to include it in the address?in their "Mailing your application guide" there is an noc _____ provided along w/ the mailing address, follow it...it helps their office segregate applicants accdg to noc
3. After validating and printing my IMM0008 Generic Application form, do I need to put NA for those spaces I have left blank (i.e. UCI, P.O.Box No., Apt. Unit, Citizenship (2), etc...)?i dont see any harm in writing NA once u have printed out the gen app form

i see. thank you very much. im a nurse and im planning to apply next yr. ooh what to do, im scared that my previous employer might bad mouth me.

there's plenty of time to give them some sweetlove if u will apply next year ;D so when a background check is done, just in case, they will only say "sweet" things abt you

try to rebuild the bridge instead of burning it, for next year you might have to cross it :-*

How could the end of an episode leads to another. My application was reviewed negatively by the same officer that reviewed the previous application.

I am afraid to say that his mind is bias or that he is not verse in English in the sense that he stated thus:
''You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 0631 – RESTAURANT AND FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence, from your employers, that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.



After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 0631 - RESTAURANT AND FOOD SERVICE MANAGERS''.

Kindly look into my Employers list of my main duties as captured in the reference letter critically and come out with your on view.

.....XYZ was our former District head in charge of Canteen and Food Services.She was formerly involved with attracting and retaining of staffing and also appraising them. She planned,Implemented,Coordinated and controlled operations of the hotel.Her duties also involved types of services to be executed in as well as given same day resolution to customer's complaint. She compared prices and monitored income.She negotiated deals,promoted business and marketing relationship.

once u read the hrsdc job description, you will see the big difference bet ur jd and their jd... your jd is very far from what they expect, it should be very specific and not sort of "copy pasted" from noc lead statement, sorry...i'm saying this based on experience...and i learned from it and from there picked up the pieces, read hrsdc job descriptions, did more research, came up with abt 15 or 18 pages of job description instead of the less than half a page jd w/c was composed of 6 sentences???

"We received your application for permanent residence on July 21, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

i bet that letter is ur MR

I got NER , coz of my stupid lawyer , i had two jobs , the 1st one 3 years experience , i sent detailed work experience letter with job description , and it got approved , the second job for one year , i just sent job contract without job description , as my stupid lawyer said that the contract is enough and i don't need to send job description.
below is the letter i received from CIO .

question : do u think i can send them e-mail to explain and tell CIO i can send detailed job description for the second job?

This is sooo depressing :'( Please don't give up there s always a next time.

my new application will be in sydney 1st week of july 2012 for sure
i am 32 years old and hopefully i will have 5 years experience.
i think i will have to wait one a half years for the happy ending.
your experience and advice will always be a guide to me and wonderful people in this forum.

that is the spirit, never lose hope try to do extensive reading on hrsdc jd too, but at any rate im sure u already have an idea abt the kind o jd cio prefer reading since ur first job got approval from them and for sure next year that is another point for u..

and if u could do it on ur own i guess it will save u a lot of trouble since u already have an idea of how cio processes applications, just get a full refund from ur agency and ur experience will give u PER in the end...good luck
