-That applicant provided the additional informations to support his case.
- When you will make the appeal , there will be chances that officer may reconsider your case , may be your case may be assigned to a new officer.
- You have submitted the job contract of the ignored job this is the plus point for you.
- pharmacist have the similar job descriptions in all companies , if you have provide the job descriptions of one company and also provide the job duties in the form ,then you can say the other company have the same job descriptions so i dont feel to provide.

i already sent them e-mail , explaining the case , waitting for their reply , if i just sent the experience letter with explanation letter , would that make them reopen the file ?

i believe if they consider my e-mail , they will ask me for that letter and i will be better to send it after they ask for it.

or do you think i should send it anyway without waitting for reply to my e-mail ?

Hello Steelz,
I am very sorry to hear about your NER and that we could not have a happy ending to your story.
The bad news are that this NER cannot be converted to PER, your consultant failed to provide enough documentation to show your 4 years of experience. The officer worked based on the documents on hand and he awarded the points based on it. Your consultant made the mistake and he should refund or re-work on your case next year.

The good news are that you can re-apply next year and for sure you will get a PER, 3131 will be on the list next year and you will have 5 years of experience to show instead of 4.

Please be aware that they will probably award less points for experience next year and more for age if you are between 30-35 years old and language skills (as far as we know) so prepare youself and make sure your applications reaches Sydney first week of July next year.

i have a question; MR & PPR comes at different stages or both are requested at same time. i yet to submit my PCC when can i expect that. i am verge of receiving my AOR form VO.

my new application will be in sydney 1st week of july 2012 for sure
i am 32 years old and hopefully i will have 5 years experience.
i think i will have to wait one a half years for the happy ending.

yes u must be nervous westpoint but the good thing is tht there is no back log now and u can really trust the NOC updates to be correct. u will make it.

CIC Reviewing officers who are responsible to send PER/NER have no backlog (minimal queue indicating less applications in month of Aug than July)
The caps sure have backlog. Applications who had their fee processed latest are included in the last cap update.
