Query on Bank Draft.

I got a Bank Draft made from TD Canada Trust , Toronto while submitting my application.
Will the bank know immediately on the day of the encashment or does it take some time. I know a few of us have reached out to the banks. Have they given information before you got your PER? especially if the bank is in Canada?

sure dear now , there is always next time , i am focusing now on passing the evaluating exam for the PEBC to accredit my qualifications in canada in montreal in january .

i don't have depression in my dictionary , i believe its the best for me , so hopefully in july 2012 when i get PER i will be already passed half the way to get my qualifications recognized in canada

Hi, I would like to inform you that we received already the MR. It was sent on 10 November. We haven't received any AOR before it.

I think it also takes time to feed the data into their software like CRM or any software that they use to store our database. That was the case in my office too. As soon as we have the customer on board, his/her details cannot be accessed by the front end teams immediately. It should be similar for CIC too, or any databse mantainence for that matter.

Public dealing centre which is connected to IT centre of CIO have the record of only those applicants who got the PER
-the lady who received the phone is not the officer who performed completeness checks or eligibility review , she is just receptionist.
- You can immagine that CIO who is not mentioning the exact date of CAP , its receptionist will disclose the exact date of CAP , how its possible.
- The lady receptionist works like a robot , the data which is feeded in the computer she will tell you.
-The applications which are complete are hand over to reviewing team , when the reviewing team will process it , its record will be maintained, until these applications have no record in IT centre. but these complete applications are still in CAP.
- All the managements have two types of the records , confidential and non confidential , untill an application is not processed for PER , its all record is confidential . How CIO will inform you about confidential record.
- By the way MALKHATIB case will disclose a lot of

GOSH!!!! This is the WORST news I have heard. I dont know how to help you with this. But I am sure seniors in this forum can help you turn your NER to PER. You will be incuded in my prayers....thats for sure. May yoube given the strength to fight it out!!

I got NER , coz of my stupid lawyer , i had two jobs , the 1st one 3 years experience , i sent detailed work experience letter with job description , and it got approved , the second job for one year , i just sent job contract without job description , as my stupid lawyer said that the contract is enough and i don't need to send job description.
below is the letter i received from CIO .

question : do u think i can send them e-mail to explain and tell CIO i can send detailed job description for the second job?

Our E-CAss status is "In Process" . We have this status after the PER. On 17 November one additional line appeared: "We started processing your application on November 9, 2011." .

hey guys..esp zelda, did you received a call from manila embassy during Sunday? I have one miscall this morning..I failed to answer it since I left my phone on my drawer..I was on duty this morning..

Do they call us even on weekends? I tried calling that number several times but they are not answering my call anymore..same with another member here..someone also called her during saturday and doesnt answer back if the call was missed?

guys., If for eg..(hopefully not)..we failed to answer their call..what will happen to our application?
what could be the maximum time of waiting for them to open our file again? will it go for 2 months??
