Dear All,
Thanks a lot for your wishes....

I would like to get some comments/replies for the following queries...

I would like to add my spouse to my application..
Which all forms and documents are required for adding my spouse to my application?
Do i have to send the new set of forms (including 2D forms) to ND VO or can i use the same set of forms using which i prepard my application in June, 2011.?
Do i need to update Schedule-3, since now i need to show additional POF for my spouse?

Thanks
Can1122

Congrats can1122 on your new status ( in personal life).

At the moment you can do two things.

1) Update NDVO about your marriage by using the form https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi ......you can ask them to advise you on how to include your spouse in your application.

2) In the meanwhile you can apply for marriage certificate.

Yes you will have to show additional funds. Hope this helps.

Dear friends
I have a question:
I mentioned in my app. that me and my wife are legally separated. They requested me the following information:

your divorce certificate, as soon as it becomes available.

You must provide the above documents and information or information about the status of your divorce proceedings within 30 days from the date of this correspondence, otherwise I shall make a decision on your application on the basis of the existing information.

Sincerely,

But we are still legally separated and it is not clear when will be our final divorce.
I am worried if I say that we are not divorced and it is not clear when it happen , they reject my application. :( :(

any experience you heard?

passenger , you can write a letter stating you cannot provide them your divorce certificate as the divorce proceedings are still on. You should support this statement by including a letter from your lawyer/ court where your case has been filed. This letter should clearly mention about the current status of your divorce proceedings. Also assure them you will provide the concerned certificate as & when it becomes available.

any news from the London visa office? seems like no one has yet to receive any news from them... my status is still "in process" Hope that we'll get a good news soon. Praying for everyone... God bless us all

Dear all

Your assumptions about the NOC 1122 getting capped earlier than official announced date is correct. This is because in my application I gave preference to NOC 1122 but was assessed for 0631..

To prove it further,in their letter to me,they were silent about my NOC of first preference (ie 1122).

Wishing you all the very best always,

Rgds,

Spicey,

Our LVO does not send aors nor does he communicate to us anything but MRs....
We are supposed to hear from them 3-4 months from the PER date so we have 2-8 more weeks of waiting. The only sign that can tell us that something is happening with our files is the appearance/disappearance of our addresses on E-cas so keep a close lookout on it (even on weekends).

Don't worry about LVO, they take time only because they are the busiest of all VOs.
