Hi ASMB,
Based on MI2 timelines, and CIC "commitment" to us we should hear from them in 3-4 month (for a complete file processing within 12 month). Of course that varies from applicant to another based on his file and the background and the security checks.

Applicants from MI1 & MI2 who have not made it in 12 month will have to wait untill MI3 Applicant processing is completed (as per Mr. Kenney statement in the house of commons). I am not sure when will they start looking to older applications or how do they balance the work load between the different MIs however one thing is for sure: those who applied in July like you and me will have faster processing.

Hi Big O, even in ecas it doesnt show RBVO for london VO?

-CIO PROCESSED 500 APPLICATIONS OF 1122 IN 52 DAYS
-CIO PROCESSED 500 APPLICATIONS OF 3152 IN 80 DAYS
-BUT CIO COULD NOT PROCESSED 500 APPLICATIONS OF 3131 IN 141 DAYS
-WHAT IS THE REASON?
-THE ANSWER IS CIO HAVE RECEIVED LESS NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS THAN 500 TILL 30TH OCTOBER

You are right, but we are getting the "In Process" status since we got our PER so we will not get to know when our file reached London VO?

I think so too. 3131 is about to close. 0631 will be interesting too. Quite a few of us on the list around 9,10, 13, 14, 20 September. Lets see how long it lasts.

It should close in the next week updates..by then till what date apps will fall in cap. Keep guessing :)

Hi,

I have filed my application under NOC 1122 on Aug 15th.. Have not recieved any reply. Can any one tell me whether or not i would fall in the cap?

My address has reappeared again yesterday on ecas...but why dont i see "in process"? i've never seen this word on my ecas since my PER...it always shows the status right away...right now it shows "RBVO", before that it showed "eligibility complete"...and they are all clickable...

Unfortunately we won't know exactly when they received our files until we receive a letter from them. We will not know if our files are moving until a forum member updates us with some news such as a background check call for a previous employer or something similar, or with address disappearance on ecas. Waiting is the name of the game right now which is frustrating for some poeple:)
