I agree with you Farukh....that there are 2 diff teams. One for completeness check, and another for PER and charging. However this does not rule out the fact that there might be a backlog in CAPs updates still.
Take for example 1122. Friends whose appl was rcvd by CIO on 8th July and beyond have got back their applications mentioning the reason as CAP REACHED. But the CIC website updated CAP REACHED data only on 22nd Aug. Similarly with 3152 applications.
So in my mind there is no doubt that the website is lagging behind in their updates. They say so themselves in last paragraph, have you noticed? The backlog in my opinion is about 70 days approx. Do you agree?
