The call centre guys have access to limited information. Only after applications are added onto their systems can they be of some help. CIC call center is just like call center of any other company. They will not have information on dates of current completeness checks , ER or caps. What they do first is to identify you, check on their systems & if found just read out the information from the file. They will not know about things which are not punched in on the file.
