The PM also confirmed that over half had already been sent back by regular mail after a delay of 2 or more months for review or are in the process of being sent back due to the CAP being reached or for the reason of a small issue such as not checking a box or not providing the correct document as per their requirement, which for the most part given their new checklists which are very ambiguous, is not at all difficult to do. These are all tools to refuse applications and keep numbers down, which have been built into the system.

please advice me I asked before about checking tick in the chicliskt do u know something many Items in the document checklist i did not tick them like hiring a representative as i applied by myself and arranged employment as i don have job offer is that mean they will return my package please any body advice me specially any one his cc or bd charged or got AOR please advice me thank you

I did the same and my CC got charged. I ticked only those columns for documents which were related to FSW 1 application. I left representative column blank because I don't have a representative. CIC never mentioned that we have to put minus - in the boxes for documents which are not related to us.

sorry how about the police clearances also I did not submitt them and I did not tick it the document checklist as I want to submitt them later on is that ok :-\

No problemo at all. As PCC can be sent later but on the request of VO.

Well, they will see that it's missing, but visa office will ask for it later, as it is not mandatory to submit it to CIC. Applicants are just advised to submit PCC, but it's not a must. Good luck

so it is not a problem if I did not tick PCC in the checklist as I did not submitt them

i called CIC today about status of my application.got any richard on phone.asked him that my app received by CIC on July5,2011. he told me that they are still working on JUly4,2011 apps. I really dont know, whether he knows something or he just said July4.

I called 1 888 24 22 100, then 1 2 1, then i t asked me my file no twice, but i dont have any file no, it transferred to representative. but after first ring, same msg , we are busy , call again.
I tried again same time, same process ,after first ring, got msg that wait, u r in queue, after10-12 min, i got Richard. he told me July4 is in way. may be another 1 week for july5. dont know exactly.

In my opinion at the CIC office is chaos. The Left does not know what Right does.

Check NOC 3152. 499 Unbelievable. Now all registered nurses will have to wait for one more application to be opened and to reach CAP. Why are they doing this to people? Is it really possible that there wasn't one more application under NOC 3152 which is eligible so CAP can be closed? :-\ ??? :
