According to my experience(my application rejected last year),it takes two months after reception by cio
or one month after mailing by cio.

Can I ask you when your app. received by cio?when did you receive the Email?

Hello Guys,

The CIO sent email that my application was return due to incomplete documents. I just want to know how many days, week or month do i receive my application, they just mentioned it was delivered in regular mail. Any information from you guys, cause i want to know as soon as possible my incomplete documents so i can re send it again.

Oh this is so sad My application was returned last year for the same reason. I am even now having nightmares that the same will happen :'( Don't give up. Send it again as soon as you get it back.

If you can guess the problem try to sove it as soon as possible,update any document that need to be renewed,and resend the application immediatly.Your NOC is far away from cap fortunatly.

just wondering what could be those missing documents in your file?try to review ur copy of docs..If you still have a reserve (original) copy of your docs..why dont you submit as soon as you can..I think your noc is still open..

I just called CIC .. I thought I was speaking to an Arab.. or french.. his tone and dialect sounds like one.. doesn't sound like a Canadian..Also, I think he's just in a hurry to answer questions.. when he said that they are still currently opening post July 8th applicants.. I shared to him some info's that my friends who's a post july18th-19th applicants got their cc charged and has a file number too.. He just said that they are still opening the July 8th package and we just have to wait for few more weeks.. I think the agent is not just aware of the latest and maybe they just have a ready made answer for the callers to lessen their time in answering and searching files of every callers.. Their call answers,emails and processing charges doesn't match at all.. or maybe I was just unlucky to be received by an agent who's in a hurry to settle calls..
