I just send my application under noc 3152, do u think guys i can reach the cap?

Let me be realistic here, as of July 8th the count of 3152s received was 252.. I feel the effective cut off date for this NOC would have been somewhere around 16th or 20th of July..

i agree
ur code wont have lasted more then 20th or at stretch 25th by that pace, i might be wrong. dont take my words granted. its just a wild guess.

Based on the CIC official website, in the second week of July the number of complete apps received for NOC 3152 was only 26 (I check it everyday cos I'm as eager as all of you). I don't know how reliable the website is. The haven't updated since August 22, 2011. Last update it was on 252. Must be full by the end of August basing on its previous weekly rate. Speaking of 3152 Registered Nurses.

But I doubt it's reliability. There could be a major delay/misinformation just like what happened in NOC 1122, according to the claims of people getting application returned replies from CIO regarding their applications. It was already August when the website said it was full but in reality (according to claims here in the thread) it got filled on 8th July. Very wide discrepancy.

I think we are defeating the purpose of this forum, we need not argue so much on who is right and or wrong. Try to cool down first before making comments or post to a certain entry as a reply.

If your anxiety levels are so high that you need something to do to waste your energy on try to solve this:

CIC for all we know are basing the processing of our applications on the time/date stamp on each applications, right? If so, then we could see applications being processed on regular and specific time intervals.

Now for those who wants to be immigration specialist and or would just like to blow their minds on uncertainty, here is your assignment for today:

Priyavig’s application was received on the 8th of July and was returned on the 30th of August, while Viz’s application was received on 11th of July and was returned on the 23rd of August and lastly Jeca’s application was received in the 13th of July and was returned on the 30th of August. (to the said individuals I am sorry for using your names and stats as an example, I don’t mean any harm, peace be with you guys!)

Question 1: who among the three first submitted their application?
Question 2: who among the three applications was first returned by CIC?
Question 3: based on your answers can you see a chronological time stamp on the following applications?

I don’t expect any answers, but I do expect some drastic reactions which I do not care at all, I just want you all to chill and relax stop the useless bickering. by answering you assignment I just made you stop for 5 minutes and took some pen and paper to do the analysis, have you cool down now? All’s well that ends well… just pray harder….

I agree. The application is always stressful. The pressure is on once the application has been submitted and ends at the release of the visa. But then again, there are things that are always beyond our control. Like, the way CIC handles/process our papers are out of our hands. The only best thing to be done is be prepared. The application process is only one side of Immigration - preparation for settlement must also be done. So, instead of getting insane on the timeline, the best thing to do is to prepare ... prepare and prepare. There are many info sites that help. One info site is the Migrate to Canada that gives very valuable information. Goodluck to all!

I send my application on 4 Aug -2011 and Recived on 10 Aug -2011
Noc 2151 and till now no detection on my credit card .. is it seems normal or not

Some of us here are just trying to be realistic.. "what if" questions..so that we'll end up with a probable solutiion,,I am optimistic about the caps..but somehow, Im trying to think about the "what ifs" so that when reality come,,It would be gentle and easier to accept rather than to receive a full swing slap on my face.. cant help but to think about the "what ifs"..so Im thinking about other alternatives to go there.. what about trying a student visa..but I cant avail any consultant anymore because its very expensive and they are not that deserving of our money ,.. :-\

Good news for all July applicants: In this coming week the whole June ERs will be over and July begining applicants will get their ERs.
I am June 29th and I got already my PER today. All the best and wish you Positive one. The trend now is 65 days!
