absolutely, u r right

also i have been following all the tweets from CIC and on 11th August 2011 they tweeted this

"Less than 100 spots remain for skilled worker NOC #1122 apps w/o job offer."

now if the cap is full why do thet tweet this and misguide others, for me deep down in my heart i fill all who filed before 20th Aug 2011 have made in the cap.

and as Satish pointed out those who got rejection mail for CAP reached may b the actual reason would b incompleteness or cc transaction failed etc. i would say have faith in CIC and wait for 1 month everthing will b clear.....

yes a 1 month wait will clear things up....

Ok
But r u so sure about the date and no.s
I know u don't have any proof or documentation on that its just ur perception.
Again I am saying that I am not challenging anybody's perception or point of view I just wanna say As a responsible person you should only speak with documentations. that's all

All I wanted to say that the language should have been accurate and not misleading. You couldn't understand my point. Anyway, there is no point to argue with you. Good luck for everything and have a happy life.

Well those people said the reason they got rejection was because the cap was full - not because of incompleteness or rejection.
Also when CIC said "only 100 spots remain" they could still have had a massive pile of applications to look at, but they may not have sorted them into NOCs at that point for the later apps.

Just thoughts though. I guess we need to wait until a few more people report their application was returned due to the cap being full in order to get the accurate "last application" date.

Approaching this from a different angle, when was the latest reported encashment of processing fees for 1122? If any August applicants have had their fees cashed, then this would quash the fear that the cap was full by time they'd got to mid-July applications.

Hello Wayne:

You must have landed in Canada! Congrats to you and your wife!

The last reported encashment was for applications which reached CIC on July 8th.. and not all of them... but there was a solitary case of one member Jason123 whose encashment happened and his application reached on July 13th. We do not know if he applied under FSW2..

Just one little question for all the seniors here: how long it usually takes for CIC to charge credit card for app.fee? My application was delivered on August 31st...

Tnx :)

I have looked through the process time in June 2011 and it seems that the next step is to receive acknowledgement of receipt, AOR, and or PER which takes on average 60 days post date of received.

I also notice a lot of abbreviations used here; ER is probably eligible review and PER is positive eligible review.

Well in my view,

CIC knows this fact very well, until they inform the applicants caps are reached, application keeps coming to CIO- Sydney.
Surely, they didn't want to just pile up the application by giving wrong information. It will cost them.

Anyway its just a matter of few weeks, after that sky will be clear.

Thanks
