One of my friend whose application was received June 30 has got his PER. It is official now! July applications are under process and Tuesday-Wednesday you will hear good news.

1. Don't hire a consultant if ur applying for a fast filling noc such as 1122.
They will 100% delay ur application nd ur application will not fall within the cap.

2. THERE IS A CONNECTION BETWEEN CC CHARGED/BD ENCASHED AND UPGRADATION OF CAP FIGURE.
An application is considered complete and counted as +1 towards number of complete application received figure on website only when payment has been charged against that application.
(this was a million dollar question for july 2011----------NOW ANSWERED)

Don't give up ever in your life. You will reach CA one day, provided that you don't give up.

can you please explain why july 12th and so on has no bd encashments news until now?

0631 Restaurant and Food Service Managers 60

as of 22 Aug.

And they havnt updated since then. It took 53 days to post 60 so my guess is it will go for a good ammount of time. if u r filing in the coming weeks then u should be okay. This noc is quite specific, i mean its not like 1122 in which u have almost every oraganisation that have emplyees for that code. take ur time. send complete application. if u already sent then sit down and wait. as numbers suggest u are in or u will be in if u send ur app in the month of september.

Yes, I agree with what Rigky has said..It's only 60 as of 8th of July so if you have already sent your app you should be safe. Another reason is that this NOC took really long to reach the Cap last year(not sure if it reached as well) which also means that not too many people were waiting for this year's quota to open.
