My current situation is as follow, I worked for an employer for more than a year with a close LMIA exempt WP, I had some problems with that employer I decided to find another employer and got another close LMIA exempt WP but I was working for my current employer for 2 months only. NB I have the same position and same WP conditions does CIC take on consideration my situation. I left my previous job because my previous employer wasn't fair.

BTW, how long did it take for your EE application to move from "Processing Update" to "Submitted"? Its been 3 hours for me...waiting anxiously and refreshing the page every 5 mins
If you are claiming points for job offers you all have to show letter of job offer after you become PR.

My EE profile has been updated with 50 pts and so many are of the view I might have answered questions incorrectly. I have listed below the questions in Intend to work and the answers I have provided. Just saying though it is mentioned in other areas of CIC website ...these questions have been answered as asked and no where is mention of Job offer for 1 yr after PR.
