Pre-Assessed..

I am in a very peculiar situation and really need an expert advice here. I am working in Canada for past 4 years on a closed (ICT) work permit. My current work permit is going to expire next month and my employer has submitted the application for an extension. As per my knowledge, there is a cap of maximum five years on ICT extension and I am not sure what will be the duration on my next WP. However, I have the offer letter from my current employer which was provided to me while coming here (in 2012) and the duration is indeterminate. Can someone please advise whether I am eligible to claim 50 points under valid job offer? BTW my profile was created recently and I am currently at 425 points Thanks in advance.
Yes you meet all requirements - your new score will be 475.

My current situation is as follow, I worked for an employer for more than a year with a close LMIA exempt WP, I had some problems with that employer I decided to find another employer and got another close LMIA exempt WP but I was working for my current employer for 2 months only. NB I have the same position and same WP conditions does CIC take on consideration my situation. I left my previous job because my previous employer wasn't fair.

No. You need a job offer from that employer that you will work for him after becoming PR.

Updated the answers this morning and showing new score now.

Job offer with LMIA exempt WP
Do you have a JOB OFFER of after becoming PR?

You can check this link new CIC Calculator

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

A valid job offer has to be:

made by one employer
for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
for work that is:
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
not seasonal
not on a contract basis, and
in a job that is Skill Type 0, or Skill Levels A or B of the 2011 National Occupational Classification (NOC)

you have a valid work permit for a NOC 0, A or B job that is exempt from needing an LMIA, and you:

are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer and
have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa.

For all of you ICT holders Claim points if you have JOB OFFER LETTER FROM EMPLOYER AFTER YOU BECOME PR.

Check CIC website

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

It clearly states:-

A valid job offer has to be:

made by one employer
for continuous, paid, full-time work (at least 30 hours a week),
for work that is:
for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa
not seasonal
not on a contract basis, and

are currently working for an employer specified on the work permit
have one year of full-time work experience (or an equal amount of part-time work) for that employer and
have a valid job offer from that employer for at least one year after we issue your permanent resident visa.

if your new CELPIP score is poor than old, you can leave it as it is. You dont have to mandatorily update the the new one.

BTW, how long did it take for your EE application to move from "Processing Update" to "Submitted"? Its been 3 hours for me...waiting anxiously and refreshing the page every 5 mins :)
If you are claiming points for job offers you all have to show letter of job offer after you become PR.

In the above link there is a Question.

I am working in Canada on a valid work permit. Does this count as a job offer?

Answer is

No, a work permit is not a job offer.
A job offer is valid if your current or future employer:

has made a written offer to give you a full-time, non-seasonal job for one year or more if you are accepted as a permanent resident

HENCE PROVED You need a WRITTEN JOB OFFER LETTER. Work permit is not a job offer.

If you can get a job offer letter than no issue but lots of people are saying here that they cant get a letter there work permits are enough. But thats not the case it is written on CIC website that work permit is not a job offer and they need a written letter. I want to clarify to them

Thanks for being a Saviour for ICT folks, I see you are bumping multiple threads with same update. I reckon we understand the point and since this is a new change we can try options like rg74 has done.
