Hi Alihaider,

Can you please tell me what are the reasons of rejection? I am worried about this.

Refusing cases mostly reason are:

1. Job duties not matched.

2. Education points system.

Dear all.

If we see the list.

From 15th jan to 10th feb 2012.within 25 days.

6 medicals.

3 rejections.

12 applicants got IN Process Date.

2 applicants got updated documents request.

2 applicant got decision made status.

as per my time line

and i saw all members that all recived in process with date around 1 year or 11 months from in process with same rbvo

but for my case

that status in process same rbvo on 08feb11 but till now no in process with date

this not make any sence?

pls seniors advice

Interview:9th Feb 2012 in islamabad

At last I attended my interview on 9th feb at 14:00 pm .
The visa officer asked just general question about me, my job, my family, weapons training and about my funds, where do I intend to settle in Canada,how much money i have both in liquid and as property.
And at one occasion he asked that are u worried about interview and i replied that no but i've seen people getting visa without any interview and I've been called for interview so i m little bit concerned about this interview then he said that no no i think u are a good potential candidate for Canada but we need some time for somthing..........
The visa officer was polite and interview last for about 40 minutes but he didn't tell me about my background checks completion or any other thing about ppr.
At the end i didn't ask about outcome of my interview because at the beginning he asked me to be specific about every question.
Now what type of interview is this and what would be the out come of the interview????
My remedical is going to expire on 16 march 2012.My visa office is Islamabad.

Those who have got IN PROCESS date in Jan and Feb and those who will get IN PROCESS date in future, after this with in 4 weeks they can get medicals OR rejection letter OR update documents request.
Now a days CHC working very fast and they are taking quickly decisions to clear backlog.
So Now a days bundle of Medicals Request and Bundle of Refusal Letters are on the way.
Keep praying.

my VO is Warsow, and they have transfered our cases from damascus to there, and we have applicants which their E-Cas says " we started processing since 9 Dec 2011" and there is still nothing, NO rejecton, No updates and no Meds, although there has been some update request emails...
what is your idea about this?

Yes inshallah be ready for medicals/update documents request before june 2012. Now a days after getting IN Process date CHC LONDON taking 3 to 4 weeks in 80% cases to send medicals/updated request.. They are working very fast now a days to clear backlog.

So Now a days bundle of Medicals Request and Bundle of Refusal Letters are on the way.

You can see this thread last 12 pages there are so many updates.

You were correct about Q1-12 is important. I am very happy to inform you that i got my medicals update schedule A and PCC requirements letter last week. I completed my medical on 10th Feb and will send updated docs in coming week InshAllah. So, now they have asked for updated Background form,PCC and RPRF, do you think they will asses these docs and make decision soon i.e. in next 2 months?? when should I expect call for passport?

did someone have any idea what is the difference in file transfer dates? like some file are transferred to LVO on 30 June 2010 and some are on 27 July 2010.

But in my case file transfer date is JANUARY 27th 2011... does it really makes the difference? and any clue what was the reason of making it delay?

we are in same boat. i submitted my documents in January 2010 and still no real processing except in process with RBVO details in March 2011. just pray for all of us...
