Here is the response I got from my consultant:

We have reviewed your caips, your file will be brought forward for review on march 17.

hi,,,
means u will get MR in end of march or upto mid of April

I dont think its an error because they iissued me 2nd AOR on 16/02/2011 and then on 22/02/2011 my status change to INPROCESS if it was inprocess before i get the 2nd AOR then i would think its an error but not now and also they give me a new file number and status is same so if it was an error they would have either fixed it in my new file number. Time frame given is 12 months and not to contact me before 8 months.
