Hello folks.
Anyone has any tips /tricks to get connected to the agent on IRCC helpline number?
We have family case, applied in January 2024, stuck at prohibitions for myself and background+prohibitions for my spouse since November 2024. We ordered GCMS notes back in October 2024, everything was okay and deadline was mentioned Jan31st 2025 and now that has passed as well.

After you enter your UCI
Press 1 to confirm UCI
Press 3
Press 4
Press 1
Press 0

Or
When calling ircc do not put in your UCI number. Just follow the instruction prompt by clicking the number after the other which is 1-1-4-1

Did you started/considering Mandamus? Its been a year presumably (12 month target for them to process without unreasonable delay)

Check this out. Cost varies but you can do demand Letter on your own. Second and possibly third step can be with lawyers which can cost as per lawyer fee/location etc ($2500-4000 CAD)
IRCC may or may not co-operate, all specific to case and officer, few people get done quickly after first step and few have to go through wait of say 5-6 months
