Hello folks.
Anyone has any tips /tricks to get connected to the agent on IRCC helpline number?
We have family case, applied in January 2024, stuck at prohibitions for myself and background+prohibitions for my spouse since November 2024. We ordered GCMS notes back in October 2024, everything was okay and deadline was mentioned Jan31st 2025 and now that has passed as well.

After you enter your UCI
Press 1 to confirm UCI
Press 3
Press 4
Press 1
Press 0

Or
When calling ircc do not put in your UCI number. Just follow the instruction prompt by clicking the number after the other which is 1-1-4-1

I have a similar time line. I would like to order the GCMS notes. Is it also written there when is the expected deadline for the application ??

It was written January 31st 2025 for me but that has passed as well
