Sorry I somehow missed that, no update on my end unfortunately since the BG check in May last year.

Hi, my oath is on 23rd Feb. But haven't received any email as of now. Should I be worried and follow up with IRCC or wait? . And is it possible to join the oath ceremony if I do not receive any email from IRCC?

I think you should contact IRCC now if you haven't received the invite yet. Also you won't be able to join the ceremony as you'll need the Zoom meeting id and passcode as well as your seat number which is all included in the invite email.
