The oaths are being conducted online for now. My Oath is scheduled for Feb 24 and it is online.
Yes, that is still the case and I believe they will keep it online for a few more months.
Hi, my oath is on 23rd Feb. But haven't received any email as of now. Should I be worried and follow up with IRCC or wait? . And is it possible to join the oath ceremony if I do not receive any email from IRCC?
I think you should contact IRCC now if you haven't received the invite yet. Also you won't be able to join the ceremony as you'll need the Zoom meeting id and passcode as well as your seat number which is all included in the invite email.

Citizenship oath status has been updated to Completed
Everything except citizenship ceremony is completed in new tracker for me today & status in old eCAS is Decision Made. Now wait starts for oath invitation.
