Did you get AOR2 from local visa office and whats the status for Sponsor application (decision made or still in process).


Also i will say gather all details, pictures, chat history, calls history and print them out. Have everything as much as you present to solidity your case.

My ecas shows PR "in process" and the only 2 e mails received is 1rst. Mississagua notifyinf the file transfer to bogota feb. 21 and then bogota V.O march 9 for the interview convocation asking schedule A, 5669 , more proofs and the passport. We havent received any email for making her medicals or to pay the fees for the colombian police background nor the csq (quebec applicant) wich i find extremely weird

Jan 19 - Application sent
Jan 24 - Application received
Feb 2 - Application linked to MyCIC (GCKey)
Feb 9 - Started working on the application. I'm now able to view status on ECAS using file # or sponsor's client ID
Feb 14 - CIC asked to submit IMM 5490, sent on the same day and also sent through mail to Mississauga, just in case
March 7 - PA gets an update on MyCIC requesting for medicals
March 10 - Got sponsor approval. File sent to London VO

My husband (principle applicant) received an email requesting the schedule A application and police certificates last Feb. They wanted ready by the 16th of March this week. We've managed to link his account with the application but we didn't see the section where they'd ask us to upload it, so we contacted CIC and they told us we'd have to send it through IRCC instead for now, so we did last week. Problem is how do we know that they received it or not? His account said that they started processing his application, does that mean they received it?

Please help.

Mine was received on the 3rd of January
I'm apart of the December thread because we sent it in December, but due to a major issue we had, they didn't receive it until the 3rd,
I'm already able to link my spousal application, but I haven't received AOR1 yet.

No. I was able to link a week before I got AOR with my name, date of birth, city, etc.

It seem that the spreadsheet has been updated with new timelines from other people and at the same time they have deleted the info from the ones we already posted our information. As of today I don't appear on the spreadsheet and I believed I am not the only one. Please have considerations when putting your info. if whoever wants to appear in the first row just make sure you don't delete info from others!
